We are here for you. Our mission is to provide outstanding veterinary care and service by healing, teaching and supporting the pets and families who come through our door.
Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills is a modern veterinary hospital utilizing digital x-ray, telemedicine and more, but we also believe in old-fashioned trust and relationship.
Since our pets have a shorter lifespan than we do, they should be examined yearly or twice-yearly to alleviate many serious health problems. Take a look below at some of the health care services and advanced diagnostic and surgical services we can provide for your beloved pet.
We use only the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Our anesthetic protocols are geared toward patient safety and patient comfort. All anesthetized patients are monitored by a veterinary technician from the moment of induction until they are fully awake and recovered. Using the most modern equipment, we monitor each surgery patient's heart and respiratory rates, blood pressure, EKG, body temperature and arterial oxygen levels (using pulse oximeters). Please see "What You Need to Know Before Your Pet is Anesthetized" for more information.
Therapeutic bathing services are available.
We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling and aggression.
We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Saturday.
Our dental services include charting of the teeth and gums, teeth cleaning and polishing, digital dental X-rays, tooth extractions and oral surgery. Dental homecare is a very important component of your pet's oral care. We provide thorough counseling regarding homecare options.
